1. Acceptance

By using PasteBox ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use of Service

You may use PasteBox to share text, code, and other content. You are responsible for all content you publish. You must not use the Service to share illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

3. Payments

Paid pastes are processed via Stripe. PasteBox retains a 10% platform fee. All sales are final unless required otherwise by law. We are not responsible for Stripe outages or payment disputes.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you publish. By posting, you grant PasteBox a limited license to store and serve your content to authorized viewers.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
